We provide structural engineering, project management, architecture and interior design services and specialise in both residential and commercial development.
We understand that a successful project integrates the design and construction requirements into a whole. By soliciting the input of the construction team during the earliest stages of the planning process, my design will complete the project with less cost and schedule changes. Therefore, our services result in creative, innovative, and cost effective solutions that satisfy the project design needs while adhering to the project budget and schedule.
To make our vision a reality, it is the primary responsibility of the firm’s principle to direct operations, project management, and client relations with each project being managed and designed by a qualified professionals with competent AutoCAD support. It is the firm’s policy that the principal be thoroughly involved with each project from inception to completion to ensure that the client remains our central focus through proper quality control of our product and co-ordination between the other design professionals and contractors.

- Documentation and adjudication for the upgrade for the Parrow North public swimming pool – current – construction cost R1.75m
- False Bay crayfish holding facility – planning, architecture, structures and project management. Construction cost R14m
- Management for the housing of approximately 7200 guest at schools for the 2010 world cup. This is an initiative by the City to turn schools into hostels over the world cup period.
